FAQs

When is the right time to do an assessment?

The E3 Assessment is beneficial in many phases of a program lifecycle and the optimal timing is environment dependent. It can be utilized at the beginning of a critical period to develop clarity and focus around goals (in pre-season for athletic teams, prior to a period of high-demand) and off-peak to focus on growth in a specific area or in preparation for a busier time (non-traditional seasons for athletic teams, between cycles or projects, etc.). We can work with you to schedule at the time optimal for your team.

How long will it take to complete the assessment?

The assessment is open for 7-10 days and takes about 10 minutes to complete. The results review is scheduled 3-5 days after the assessment window closes. Timelines can be adjusted for your specific needs, but you can plan to be equipped with strategies and working on growth about two weeks after our kickoff meeting.

How do I utilize the E3 Assessment Report and Blueprint to make my environment better?

In a virtual results review meeting, an assessment specialist will help you interpret and understand the insights, report and recommendations. We will walk through the results in each dimension to gain a deeper understanding of their meaning as well as review the recommendations to implement in your environment.

Which Starter Pack should I start with?

The E3 Performance System is a holistic experience, each dimension strengthening the next: emotional fitness is supported by the strength of relationships, follow-through built on personal motivation, ownership deepens trust, and so on! Reflect on your goals and which area you think your team would most benefit from right now. Relational strategies focus on connections between people, personal strategies on each individual's impact on the team and tactical strategies on clarity around how the team gets things done.
