As an established Founder, trusted Leadership & Performance Strategist, and certified behavioral analyst, she is on a mission to re-structure the path to performance.
Since 2015, Evolveability has guided individuals and teams within sports and business to realize their potential and perform well beyond their expectations.
Over the past ten years, Sarah has contributed to a number of conference championships, NCAA tournament runs, and record-breaking seasons in sports, while helping leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies expand and growing small to mid-sized businesses into industry leaders.
From guiding teams out of slumps to accelerating breakthrough moments, Sarah’s proprietary E3 Performance System™ successfully transforms teams through individual performance coaching and dynamic group sessions.
The first half of her 18+ year career focused on leading values-based culture change, where she witnessed a need for deeper connection between performance and the well-being of individuals and teams. And Sarah has committed the second half of her career to transformation as she turns high-pressure environments into high-context cultures, fearful groups into motivated teams, and confidence-seeking individuals into self-assured leaders.
With a bachelor’s in Communications and Psychology, Sarah is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of people. And as a 15-year student of meditation and Inquiry, her approach is enlivening and transcendent.
As an advisor for The Heartwork Institute, an organization that informed her own inner-work journey, a board member of the Rochester City Soccer League, and partner of like-minded community organizations such as Rising Phoenix Sports Program and Foodlink, Sarah finds fulfillment in helping others. By embracing awareness and humanness on our own journeys, she believes we can find unconditional joy within ourselves, our teams, and our world.
Monica is a highly skilled professional with a technical background in image science analysis and systems engineering, and over 10 years of experience working with both large programs and small, focused teams in academic and government settings.
Monica’s work experience spans a range of applications, from supporting remote sensing projects at government institutions to developing technical solutions using modeling and statistical data analysis across a variety of imaging science applications. In these environments, she has honed her technical writing and communication skills to effectively translate complex information for diverse audiences.
In addition to her technical career, Monica has a passion for coaching, which she discovered during the pursuit of her PhD. She has significant experience coaching soccer at both the collegiate and youth levels, where she excelled in tactical analysis and adapting coaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each team. Over the past six years as an assistant coach at the collegiate level, she has focused on individual player development and team management, helping student-athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Monica is driven by the power of teamwork and the belief that a group can achieve success far beyond what individuals can accomplish alone. She is excited to bring her technical expertise and collaborative spirit to the team at Evolveability, where she looks forward to contributing to its continued growth and success.
Tion is an accomplished operations and customer service leader with over 20 years of experience across the sports, fashion, and solid surface industries. She also spent several years in public relations, where she strengthened her communication skills and developed a creative approach to solving challenges.
Tion developed a passion for improving how teams work together and how businesses operate — something she’s honed throughout her career. She excels at delivering on-time solutions, building scalable systems, and streamlining processes and efficiency.
Outside of work, Tion enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son. Whether playing outdoors or reading together, she finds joy in the simple moments that bring her family closer.

Courtney has a well-rounded background in process documentation and design, project management, operations, and finance. Over the course of her 20-year career, she has successfully led the development and launch of multiple knowledge-based initiatives within global organizations in the employee engagement, employee recognition, and HR software space. Her strategic and analytical approach and her passion for quality ensure efficiency and high-level client delivery.
